Who you’ll work with
Meet Your Argentine Lawyer, Elias Kier Joffe
Hi, I’m Elias Kier Joffe. My grandfather founded this firm in Buenos Aires in 1940, and I’m the third generation leading it. The New York Times has interviewed me three times, and BBC News quoted me on the estate of Diego Maradona.
I know what you’re facing. Handling an inheritance, a property or paperwork in another country, in another language and from far away is stressful. My job is to make that simple.
I oversee every case personally, and I’ll always tell you the truth about your case, even when it’s not what you want to hear.
You’ll always know who’s looking after your case: me.

Yes. Call our US number or send us a WhatsApp message and we'll get back to you the same day, even on weekends.
How do your fees work?
We work for a flat fee or a percentage, agreed in writing before we start. Unlike many U.S. law firms, we don’t usually bill by the hour, so you know the cost upfront.
