English-Speaking Attorneys for Your Argentine Diploma Apostille

Why Your Diploma Needs an Apostille

Universities, licensing boards and credential evaluators abroad ask for Argentine diplomas and transcripts with the Hague apostille. A missing apostille, or a missing prior legalization, is one of the most common reasons files get rejected. It’s one of the documents we handle as part of our Argentina apostille service.

A Real Law Firm, Not a Faceless Website

Most apostille websites in Argentina are anonymous. We’re a law firm with a name and a face: we get apostilles every week for our own clients’ probate, immigration and citizenship cases, and we opened the service to everyone. When you send us a request, attorney Elias Kier Joffe and his team are behind it.

Prior Legalizations Come First

Many Argentine diplomas and transcripts must be legalized by the education authorities before they can be apostilled, depending on the year and the school. We check yours, handle those steps and tell you upfront what’s needed.

Diplomas, Transcripts and Translations

We apostille university diplomas, transcripts (analíticos) and high school diplomas, add a certified translation into English if you need one, and send them to you by email or international courier.

One Point of Contact for Legal, Tax and Notarial Matters

We are a one-stop legal solution. Our team includes lawyers, accountants, Argentine notaries (escribanos) and certified translators, all under one roof and coordinated by attorney Elias Kier Joffe. When needed, we also work directly with your own lawyers back home, for example on your citizenship application or the estate you’re settling.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does my diploma need a legalization before the apostille?

Often, yes. Depending on when and where it was issued, an Argentine diploma or transcript may need a prior legalization by the education authorities. We check yours and handle it for you.

Will a credential evaluator like WES accept an apostilled Argentine diploma?

Each evaluator has its own rules: some accept apostilled documents, others want them sent directly by the school. Tell us which evaluator you’re using and we tell you what it asks for before we start.

Do I need to send the original diploma to Argentina?

Not always. Many recent diplomas and transcripts are issued with digital signatures that can be apostilled without the paper original. For older paper documents, we tell you the options.

How much does a diploma apostille cost?

It depends on how many documents you need, whether they need a prior legalization, the year they were issued, whether they’re digital or paper, whether you need a certified translation, and on the delivery. Fill out the form and we reply within 24 hours with a written quote.

Is an apostilled Argentine diploma valid in the U.S.?

Yes. The U.S. has signed the Hague Apostille Convention, so U.S. universities, employers and agencies accept Argentine apostilles. They may also ask for a certified translation into English, which we can include.

How can I check that my apostille is valid?

Each Argentine apostille includes verification data you can enter on the Argentine government’s official website to confirm it’s authentic. Before you present it, check that the name, the issuing authority and the date match your document.
